We are hiring – seeking a full-time customer service/ recruiter/ sales rep for the academy. Duties will include answering phone calls, inquiries, chat lines & following up on student requests with the goal of enrolling new students to our academy.
Job Details
- All front desk duties including: Greeting clients, answering phone calls, inquiries, & chat lines
- Following up on inquiries & students requests with the goal of enrolling new students to our academy
- Coordinate list of students per class per location
- Maintain spreadsheets for management reporting by class location
- Maintain business legal and accounting files, tattoo licensing process & application by each state
- Stay on top of all communication regarding the list of students to instructors & class schedule, location to students
- Communicate with vendors regarding on class location, and ensure operation at each location run smoothly
- Support students & instructors

AMA Microblading Academy seeks a Marketing, Content Writer, Creative Digital & Website Designer-Creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. A successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how communication and marketing campaigns work especially in the beauty industry. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new project.
Key Accountabilities
- Work simultaneously on several projects based on current workload
- Create visual aspects of communications and marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics and video
- Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, video and other components necessary for a website design
- Consult with marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate cultures and goals
- Work with vendors on Marketing materials and Website contents
- Create marketing brochures, templates, and advertisement, website contents, and product image
- Experience in professional commercial design, preferably in the beauty industry
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers
- Experience building relationships, excellent project manager and time management skills

Minimum Required Education, Credentials, Licenses and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
- Experience with videos and video editing, streaming, apps, social media and Website design
- Working knowledge of Web platforms
- Experience working with WordPress templates
